Job Summary
Lead and scale field canvassing operations by building a capable team, planning routes, and coordinating daily field activities to drive homeowner inspections and estimates.
- Own canvassing program execution by hiring, training, and motivating canvassers.
- Plan neighborhood routes and schedules, and run daily standups to maintain cadence.
- Engage homeowners to schedule free inspections and estimates in target areas.
Job Description
Lead and scale field canvassing by building a motivated team, planning routes, and coordinating daily field activities to generate inspections and estimates.
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
- Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
- Conduct daily meetings
- Canvass neighborhoods to find old and damaged windows, doors and roofing
- Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or leading a door to door canvassing team
- Canvassing Manager, Supervisor, Team Leaders are highly preffered
