Job Summary

Own AI-enabled content optimization for SEO and GEO on the digital shelf, partnering across Marketing, eCommerce, Brand, and IT to standardize metadata, automate optimization, and drive measurable lift in rankings and conversions.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: SEO and GEO strategy across digital shelf content to boost discoverability, AI answer inclusion, and conversions on retailer and owned platforms.
  • Responsibilities: Create and enforce structured content standards (metadata, taxonomy, schema) for scalable reuse across DAM, PIM, and CMS.
  • Responsibilities: Build AI-enabled workflows to analyze category and competitor content, automate optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsibilities: Align Marketing, eCommerce, Brand, Legal, IT, and agencies to standardize content practices and accelerate optimization adoption.
  • Responsibilities: Improve digital shelf and GEO performance through analytics, testing, and applying evolving SEO, GEO, and Agentic capabilities.
  • Responsibilities: Lead SEO and GEO strategies across digital shelf content to improve rankings, Agent citation inclusion, and conversions at scale.
  • Responsibilities: Define optimization roadmaps with stakeholders across Marketing, eCommerce, Brand, and agencies to deliver enterprise content standards for search and AI discovery.
  • Responsibilities: Design, build, iterate, and scale agentic workflows for content audits, optimization engines, automated recommendations, and content reviews.
  • Responsibilities: Work with Brand, Digital Shelf and Legal to establish processes for continuous improvement via experimentation, benchmarking, and AI optimization best practices.
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with Engineering to QA outputs from customized agent implementations.
  • Responsibilities: Communicate strategy, performance insights, and optimization impact to stakeholders through clear reporting and executive storytelling.
