Plan and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
Own campaign setup, audience targeting, creative trafficking, optimization and surfacing recommendations to improve performance.
Monitor performance and proactively adjust to hit KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Collaborate closely with client services and strategy teams to align media execution with client goals
Build weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices

2–3 years hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required; TikTok and Snapchat preferred)
Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and media KPIs
Experience with complex campaign set ups, including A/B testing, creative experimentation, hyper-local target areas
Comfortable using platform reporting tools and Google Sheets/Excel for analysis
Clear communication skills with a mindset toward action and ownership
Be a quick learner with a will to proactively go beyond the brief
