Own the hands-on social media content creation and digital outreach for a university sports organization internship, driving content planning, capture, editing, live-event coverage, reporting, and web updates.

Own content planning and day-to-day creation across social channels
Capture, edit, and cover live events and promotional shoots
Analyze performance metrics and inform future strategy, plus keep website content up to date

Job Description

Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation: Assist with content planning, day-to-day content creation, photo/video editing, and live event coverage across social platforms.
Content Capture: Assist with capturing photo and video content for promotional use and live events.
Social Media Reporting: Assist with analyzing performance metrics and compiling reports to inform future content strategy.
Website Management: Assist with updating and maintaining website content.

Requirements

Undergraduate and Graduate Students: Must be currently pursuing or have recently earned a degree from an accredited undergraduate or graduate program.

Preferred

Experience working with social platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Experience with photography or videography is preferred
Experience with photo/video editing software is preferred
Experience with live event coverage or sports content is preferred
Basic knowledge of analytics (engagement, impressions, etc.)
