Support multimedia production for Grossman School of Business by capturing stories, editing video, and publishing content across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality video and audio featuring student stories, events, guest speakers, and campus life
  • Shoot photography using a professional mirrorless camera (manual exposure preferred; training available)
  • Develop video concepts into treatments, shot lists, and simple scripts
  • Edit video into assembly cuts or rough cuts using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
  • Edit and organize photography for marketing and social media use
  • Assist with managing digital media files and workflows
  • Support publishing content to Grossman School of Business media channels

Requirements

  • Demonstrated work in video, audio, photography, and digital media production
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, or audio equipment
  • Ability to work independently on project-based assignments and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and workflows

Preferred

  • Experience with graphic design (e.g., Adobe, Canva) are needed
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts and creative eye
  • Understanding and experienced with social-media-first video formats
  • Proficient with manual camera settings, lighting setups, or audio capture
  • Basic scriptwriting or concept development experience
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for hands-on learning
