Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns in digital mediums by establishing objectives, reporting, and media plans.
  • Participate in the day-to-day implementation and optimization of paid marketing activities across digital channels (PPC, display, pre-roll, etc).
  • Optimize campaigns to meet the need and direction of the merchandise and marketing teams (based on seasonality, product sales, new product launches, etc.).
  • Implement additional supplier campaigns with vendor reimbursement dollars as appropriate (seasonally, new product launches, etc).
  • Use Google Analytics, and other available tools, to evaluate search campaigns by providing regular reporting, analysis and recommendations.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, tools and best practices and share information with other members of the digital team.
  • Ensure all aspects of campaigns are properly tracked and trafficked.
  • Partner with the in-house creative team to generate assets as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team in the areas of invoice processing, budget tracking, and phone coverage.

Requirements

  • Experience with and knowledge of online marketing and paid search advertising set-up and coordination (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications or business.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of online/digital marketing.
  • Experience with and knowledge of the following software: Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to analyze and present results.
  • Must be self-motivated and creative.
