Job Summary

Own end-to-end digital marketing operations in HubSpot, turning data into action across emails, landing pages, and cross-channel campaigns; ensure data quality and brand consistency; build dashboards to drive performance.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and launch emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and social content in HubSpot.
  • Data & Insights: Own contact data quality and dashboards to turn data into recommendations.
  • Cross-Channel Campaigns: Collaborate with Communications on paid media and multi-channel experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Bring digital campaigns to life by building and launching emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and social content in HubSpot, ensuring everything is polished, functional, and ready to make an impact.
  • Own the quality of our audience data by managing contact lists, segmentation, and subscription preferences so the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
  • Partner closely with the Communications team to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns, including paid media, helping turn ideas into thoughtful, effective digital experiences.
  • Turn data into insights by building reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics, identifying trends, and making recommendations to continuously improve performance.
  • Champion a consistent and inclusive brand experience by ensuring every communication meets our standards for quality, accessibility, and clarity.

Requirements

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.

Preferred

  • HubSpot certifications
  • experience in nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations
  • basic HTML/CSS skills
  • experience building dashboards or campaign reports
