- Social & content ownership: manage posting schedules, create graphics with Canva, reply to messages, grow the online community, and coordinate content production.
- Strategy & analytics: audit platforms, drive strategy, track key metrics, and report on efficacy across networks with targeted campaigns.
- Website & email operations: lead website updates, liaison with external web team, and disseminate monthly and biweekly newsletters and email programs.
