Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing activities, including social media, paid media, and email campaigns aligned with brand strategy and lead generation goals
• Contribute to and execute digital marketing plans by providing analytical support for brand and top-of-funnel campaigns
• Support the implementation of digital transformational projects and create dashboards to track KPIs and performance improvement areas
• Analyze best practices and competitor benchmarks to guide channel performance
• Utilize A/B testing, customer insights, and internal feedback to improve digital touchpoints
• Manage and update websites and portals to ensure technical continuity and user engagement
• Create, maintain, and optimize webpages, landing pages, email templates, and digital assets using content management and automation tools (e.g., WordPress, Salesforce suite (Pardot/Account Engagement))
• Coordinate external communications for digital efforts, ensuring alignment with brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum of three years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the chemical or B2B industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, YoastSEO, SE Ranking, SpyFu, email marketing systems, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement
• Experience with website content management systems: Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Asana
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, consulting, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving/decision-making skills
