Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize digital experiences across the full customer journey, ensuring consistent messaging from first touch through lead capture and conversion
• Develop and manage lead generation initiatives, including landing pages, gated content, email nurture programs and conversion paths aligned to the sales funnel
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to support funnel performance through targeted campaigns, audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing
• Build, execute and optimize email marketing and automation programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, templates and audience management
• Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
• Customize digital advertising campaigns for local markets and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance
• Manage organic and paid social media strategies to drive engagement, traffic and qualified leads across key platforms
• Track and analyze digital performance across channels, including customer behavior, funnel drop-off and campaign ROI, using analytics and CRM data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media (is preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of related experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on digital marketing
• Demonstrates expertise in website management, SEO optimization, social media marketing and user experience (UI/UX) principles
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and tools for website and mobile app development
• Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and improve campaign performance
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email campaigns, automation and audience segmentation is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, impactful and user-centered content
• Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
• Hands-on experience mapping and optimizing customer journeys across digital channels
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategy, sales funnels and conversion optimization
