Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with marketing goals and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create effective digital assets and messaging.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and performance tracking to improve organic reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO/SEM tools.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
