Responsibilities

• Execute, measure, and report on CBN’s apps and website channels.
• Work closely with various cross-functional teams involved with product improvement, user optimization, marketing strategy, and more.
• Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing for apps and website campaigns
• Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing (apps or website, a plus)
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Iterable and Drupal, a plus)
• Highly proficient in analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and driving continuous improvements to email performance
• Understanding of HTML/CSS preferred
• Fluency with template development
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting along with customer lifecycles
• Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task and follow-through (Asana experience, a plus)
• Strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
