Own social media and admin operations for a multi‑platform events business, turning content and customer service into brand visibility and leads.

  • Social & Content Ownership: manage all platforms, respond to audiences, and maintain brand consistency across channels.
  • Content & Events: create photos, videos, reels, templates, and campaign assets while capturing event content and coordinating coverage to boost audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other emerging platforms.
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with company promotions, holidays, and upcoming events.
  • Create engaging content including photos, videos, Reels, stories, graphics, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Capture professional photographs and videos of rental inventory, warehouse operations, completed event setups, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Monitor social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research current social media trends, competitor marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to improve brand visibility.
  • Track marketing performance using analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital and printed marketing materials.
  • Assist in planning seasonal promotions, contests, giveaways, advertising campaigns, and special events.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, marketing, communications, office administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.

Nice to have

  • Photography and videography experience is a plus.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT (preferred).
