Job Summary

Own lead generation and digital presence to drive qualified leads and conversions across multiple brands, using SEO, email, content, and paid campaigns to improve CAC and pipeline.

Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization: Track sources, analyze performance, and optimize conversion rates.
Digital Presence & Content: Manage Google Ads, SEO, local search, and update landing pages and messaging.
Content & Nurture: Build email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and customer journeys.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive Lead Generation
Increase qualified leads across multiple markets and brands
Track where leads come from and optimize what's working
Analyze campaign performance and improve conversion rates
Partner with operations leaders to understand lead quality and customer acquisition opportunities
Own Our Digital Presence
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Improve SEO performance and local search visibility
Update website content, landing pages, and customer-facing messaging
Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to increase conversions

Requirements

5+ years of marketing experience
Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of SEO and website optimization
Experience with email marketing and customer journey development
Ability to create content across multiple channels
Experience using analytics to make decisions
Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats
Strong writing and communication skills

Preferred

Home services experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Pool Service, Landscaping, Roofing, etc.)
WordPress experience
Multi-location marketing experience
CRM and marketing automation experience
Experience working with growing or acquisitive companies
