Job Summary

Own the multi-location behavioral health digital marketing machine: own site and SEO, conversion optimization, GA4 analytics, and AI-assisted content, with tight coupling to developers and vendors to drive more qualified patient inquiries.

Website and SEO ownership: review, structure, UX, content, and conversion opportunities.
Analytics and tooling: GA4, conversion tracking accuracy, and data-driven improvements.
Campaign and AI enablement: Google Ads management and AI-enabled content workflows to lift inquiries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive review of our website, SEO strategy, and digital marketing efforts
Improve website structure, user experience, and conversion opportunities
Create and optimize service pages, provider pages, and state-specific content
Oversee SEO strategy and implementation
Manage or oversee Google Ads campaigns and performance
Review search terms, keyword targeting, and campaign structure
Monitor and improve conversion tracking accuracy
Utilize AI tools to support content development and marketing efficiency
Analyze website and campaign performance using GA4 and related tools
Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase qualified patient inquiries

Requirements

3+ years of digital marketing experience
Strong WordPress experience
Experience with Google Ads
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Experience with Google Tag Manager
SEO and local SEO experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Nice to Have

Healthcare, behavioral health, therapy, psychiatry, or medical marketing experience
Experience with multi-location businesses
Experience launching new service lines
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms
Understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation
