Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute content strategies for animated series launches across YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Your day-to-day tasks will include managing social media platforms, implementing lead generation campaigns, analyzing web performance metrics, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives
  • Develop content calendars, packaging approaches, and distribution plans for long-form and short-form video
  • Identify opportunities for audience growth through creative content formats and platform-native storytelling
  • Oversee thumbnail and title optimization, A/B testing, and performance analytics
  • Build and nurture fan communities around Baobab's franchises across social platforms and gaming ecosystems
  • Develop engagement strategies that turn players and viewers into passionate advocates
  • Coordinate with creators, influencers, and fan communities to amplify reach
  • Track audience sentiment and community feedback to inform content and product decisions
  • Manage cross-platform social media presence for company and executive accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X)
  • Manage contractors, freelancers, and interns across marketing and production
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination
  • Support executive communications, proposals, and investor materials
  • Drive process improvement through documentation and automation

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing and production digital entertainment
  • Deep knowledge of Gen Z audience engagement
  • Strong understanding of analytics and optimization within digital media
  • Strong written communication skills for executive-level materials
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to context-switch across diverse workstreams
