Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to beauty, healthcare, and vocational education audiences.
• Optimize our websites to increase visibility, rank higher in local Google search listings, and drive conversion rates.
• Oversee and continuously improve digital ad campaigns across platforms with a focus on cost-effectiveness and A/B testing.
• Manage our brands' social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding, high-quality content creation, and optimal post frequency.
• Promote our brands through strategic digital outreach and press releases to secure authoritative links and build local awareness.
• Utilize data-driven AI technology to continuously monitor campaigns, adjust strategies, and perform platform-specific optimizations.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling comprehensive digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Outreach).
• Strong understanding of local SEO and geographically targeted marketing.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for marketing automation and analytics.
• Ability to juggle multiple brand voices and distinct target audiences.
• Must be located in or highly accessible to the Orlando area.
