Job Summary

Own the updates and optimization of the e‑commerce touchpoints while coordinating campaigns, events, and basic IT support to keep purchasing tools reliable and engaging.

Website & e‑commerce Operations: Maintain site content, pricing, products, and promotions while ensuring a smooth user experience.
Campaigns & Engagement: Plan and coordinate advertising, social, sponsorships, and communications to grow brand engagement.
Vendor & IT Coordination: Collaborate with software vendors and provide first‑level tech support for purchasing tools and systems.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain and update website content, products, pricing, and promotional information.
Improve website usability and overall customer experience.
Provide customer training and support related to online purchasing tools.
Collaborate with software vendors to improve customer-facing technology solutions.
Support the development and implementation of future e-commerce and mobile purchasing capabilities.
Coordinate digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
Assist with social media management, community outreach, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives.
Develop and distribute marketing materials and communications.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
Help strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, e-commerce, or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency with common business software, technology platforms, and productivity tools.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rock Valley, IA 51247
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office and company facilities.
Ability to use computers, phones, and other office equipment for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to travel locally for meetings, training sessions, and company events.

Preferred

Experience with website management platforms and e-commerce systems.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, website analytics, and online customer engagement.
Experience planning and coordinating business events.
Basic IT troubleshooting and technology support experience.
