Job Summary

Own creator outreach and community presence for Chiral by turning product content into targeted social and creator campaigns across music-production channels.

  • Turn assets into posts, demos, and outreach that feel distinctly Chiral rather than generic SaaS.
  • Build a visible presence on core music communities and drive engaged members into active channels.
  • Track impact end to end and surface user feedback to influence products, docs, and launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Turn existing product pages, demos, research notes, and visuals into social posts, short-form video concepts, forum posts, emails, and outreach material.
  • Help build Chiral’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, KVR, Plugin Boutique, Gearspace, and other audio/plugin communities. If Discord proves useful, help drive the right people into the channel and make it worth staying in.
  • Coordinate marketplace submissions and listing maintenance for KVR, Plugin Boutique, and similar channels.
  • Identify producers, sound designers, educators, YouTubers, newsletter writers, and reviewers who would plausibly care about mechanism-first audio tools.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized outreach list of creators, reviewers, educators, producers, newsletters, and communities, with status, follow-up dates, and results tracked cleanly.
  • Draft creator, reviewer, and community outreach that sounds like Chiral, not generic SaaS marketing.
  • Help schedule demo drops, research-note announcements, launch posts, discount campaigns, and community updates.
  • Track what actually works: clicks, replies, coupon usage, sales attribution, community growth, creator responses, and content performance.
  • Surface feedback from users and communities so it can influence product, docs, demos, and future launches.

Requirements

  • You understand music producers, sound designers, plugin culture, and electronic music communities.
  • You can write concise copy without sounding like LinkedIn or AI. If we wanted generic AI-written outreach, we could do that ourselves. The human touch remains special.
  • You are comfortable with technical products and can explain them without flattening them into buzzwords.
  • You can make simple assets from existing materials: clips, captions, carousels, email blurbs, post drafts, outreach lists.
  • You are organized enough to track outreach, follow-ups, links, and results.
  • You can operate independently but know when to ask for judgment calls.
  • You take pride in your work and generating genuine interest.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing audio plugins, sample packs, music tools, synths, DAW content, or creator products.
  • Familiarity with KVR, Gearspace, Reddit music-production communities, Plugin Boutique, YouTube plugin reviewers, or producer Discords.
  • Basic video editing.
  • Basic email marketing.
  • Comfort with SEO/GEO, content repurposing, or press outreach.
  • Skilled in Adobe design software and/or Figma.
  • You produce music yourself.
