Job Summary

Own the content and site governance for a law firm’s public footprint, coordinating web updates, email campaigns, and editorial quality while tracking performance and accessibility.

  • Own website content requests and updates across bios, practice areas, events, and recognitions.
  • Drive email campaign drafting, deployment, and performance reporting with a focus on brand consistency.
  • Coordinate testing and ticket work in Wrike to keep site changes on track.

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website updates and content requests, including attorney biographies, headshots, practice and industry descriptions, events, and recognitions.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting, deployment, and performance reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining editorial tone, brand standards, and overall content quality across the firm’s website and intranet.
  • Track, schedule, and manage website requests using Wrike.
  • Prepare website and blog performance reports using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
  • Support website accessibility reviews to ensure compliance with current standards.
  • Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide editorial support, including proofreading and posting advisories, newsletters, and blog content.
  • Oversee ticket management and assist with testing website updates and new features.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of two years of office experience; prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture).
  • Working knowledge of HTML; familiarity with content management systems such as Sitecore.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, digital content distribution, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools, preferably Wrike.
  • Strong proofreading, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
