  • The Manager, Digital Marketing / Communications develops and evolves the website, SEO, and web-performance strategy for a subset of the company’s brands and products. • The ideal candidate pairs deep technical fluency in web and search with an analytical mindset, translating performance data into well-reasoned recommendations and influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Develops and evolves the strategy for a subset of the company’s websites, overseeing configuration, content editing, copy and image proofing, and graphics creation.
  • Manages execution of website page optimization in partnership with agencies and brand/product marketers, from design through publication.
  • Optimize landing pages and web experiences to improve conversion, applying user-experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Establishes scalable page-performance standards covering load time, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
  • Conducts regular content audits, identifying outdated pages for refresh or removal to maintain quality and relevance.
  • Develops and evolves SEO and search-visibility strategies across the assigned web properties, aligning content with target keywords and search intent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and communications across multiple brands or solutions within a large, matrixed enterprise organization.
  • Proven track record managing website and SEO programs across multiple sites or platforms.
  • Deep expertise in website management, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate optimization, including technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, structured data).
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress/WPVIP) and front-end web fundamentals (HTML, CSS); familiarity with light back-end concepts.
  • Proficiency with web and SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, Clarity, and SEMrush, and with building dashboards and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of project management tooling (e.g., Monday.com) and expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with emerging search trends, including AI overviews and answer-engine optimization (AEO).
  • Experience with experimentation and personalization platforms (Optimizely or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integrations (Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, SFMC).

Benefits

  • A competitive salary and top-notch bonus/incentive plans.
  • Exceptional work-life balance, flexible time-off policies and accommodating work schedules.
  • Comprehensive healthcare, with multiple options for individuals and families.
  • Generous 401(k) retirement plans with company match.
  • Professional development and continuing education opportunities.
  • Inclusive parental leave policies, plus comprehensive fertility coverage and adoption assistance.
