Responsibilities

• Manage a book of approximately 30 to 35 client accounts, building trust through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
• Prepare for and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly client meetings focused on campaign performance, goals, and next steps.
• Guide digital marketing campaigns so services stay aligned with each client’s business objectives.
• Provide direction for campaign editorial calendars, including target audience, tone, topics, expectations, and timing.
• Keep clients informed between calls, including when there is good news, bad news, or no major update.
• Partner with Content Production, Project Management, Web, and other internal teams to support accurate and timely delivery.
• Balance client advocacy with internal team bandwidth by following agreed service levels and communication processes.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience managing a book of accounts in a marketing setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead clear client conversations.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple accounts, timelines, tools, and priorities.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media, blogging, paid search, organic search, and campaign performance reporting.
• Experience using and interpreting data from multiple platforms, including GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Comfort working remotely and participating in frequent internal and external video calls.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree, inside sales experience, or experience in technology, consumer electronics, or home automation.
