Own end-to-end organic growth for a real estate team by building and executing SEO, local search, content optimization, and conversion improvements across web and AI-powered search surfaces.

Growth Infrastructure: SEO strategy, keyword research, and competitive analysis
Content & Conversion: on-page optimization, landing pages, and lead capture to lift conversions
Performance & Insights: monitor rankings, traffic, and ROIs, with monthly strategic recommendations

Requirements

Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and organic growth
Experience improving search visibility and website performance
Strong understanding of analytics and conversion optimization
Ability to develop and execute growth strategies independently
Experience working with small businesses or service-based organizations preferred
