Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leverage analytics tools to understand and analyze web & mobile app data, identify trends and insights to help our teams maximize effectiveness of the E-commerce program and investments.
  • Distill analysis into concise recommendations and present to stakeholders with creative, effective visualizations.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly E-commerce business dashboards, derive insights from the data to present to stakeholders weekly. Create quarterly executive summaries to share with leadership.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work closely with product management and A/B Testing teams to understand current friction points, define and prioritize future improvements.
  • Support content and marketing teams with reporting needs and campaign performance measurement.
  • Work with leadership teams on company and divisional strategic initiatives, E-commerce forecast, quarterly planning, and sprint planning.

Requirements

  • Education: BS/BA required, in technical data analysis or quantitative discipline.
  • 3+ years experience working in analytics discipline
  • 3+ years experience working hands-on in B2C ecommerce web or business environment
  • Expert in SQL or other relevant programming language
  • Highly proficient in web analytics and data visualizations tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Alteryx or similar platforms.
  • Highly passionate and curious, able to leverage existing and new data analysis skills to research difficult or ambiguous problems.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Professional communication and strong visualization skills required. Ability to effectively present information, both written and verbal, in a clear manner.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to keep track of multiple deadlines, effectively meet deliverables, and keep both stakeholders and peers apprised of project status.
  • Detail-oriented while working independently on multiple projects required.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across distributed teams in different time zones, develop relationships with others while influencing and removing blockers.
