Measurement and reporting: track engagement, leads, and campaign impact to drive improvements

Responsibilities

Support and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Assist with campaign planning and optimization
Track performance and recommend improvements
Capture field activity, employee stories, customer experiences, and operational highlights
Produce photo and video content
Create and publish content across multiple locations
Maintain and execute content calendars
Track campaign and content performance
Build monthly reporting dashboards
Measure engagement, lead activity, and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, advertising, communications, or related experience
Experience creating content for social and digital platforms
Comfortable capturing video and photography in field environments
Strong organization and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
