Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce and publish daily content across IFL social media platforms, with an average cadence of approximately five posts per day.
  • Create and edit vertical short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
  • Actively monitor IFL games during nights and weekends and produce real-time and rapid-turnaround content while games are taking place.
  • Identify and quickly produce content from IFL games, broadcasts, interviews, podcasts, press conferences and other league programming.
  • Create highlight packages, player features, promotional videos, hype content and other digital assets.
  • Recognize major plays, performances, milestones, storylines and viral moments as they happen and quickly turn them into social content.
  • React quickly to breaking news and other time-sensitive league developments.
  • Repurpose long-form video and broadcast content for short-form digital distribution.
  • Publish, schedule and manage content across league social platforms.
  • Assist with basic graphic creation and adaptation of existing templates and assets.

Requirements

  • An excellent short-form video editor.
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or comparable editing platforms.
  • Deeply familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and the broader sports social media landscape.
  • Able to identify what makes a compelling sports moment without needing extensive direction.
  • Fast, creative and decisive.
  • Comfortable producing quality work on extremely tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing a significant daily content volume.
  • A strong communicator who works well with a small, collaborative team.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
  • Passionate about sports, storytelling and digital media.
