Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Digital Content Producer is responsible for executing Community Health Network’s day‑to‑day presence across digital channels, ensuring clear, accurate, and on‑brand content reaches the right audiences at the right time.
  • This hands‑on role supports product line growth by creating and publishing engaging content across social media platforms and blogs, developing simple graphics and short‑form videos, and actively managing online conversations to support a positive patient and consumer experience, while collaborating closely with service line marketing, communications, and digital marketing teams, as well as internal and external partners, to ensure content is strategically aligned, compliant, accessible, and effective.
  • The role also leverages analytics, industry trends, and emerging tools—including AI—to continuously improve performance and maintain a strong, competitive digital presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications, or a related field required
  • Five or more years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in health care or another regulated industry
  • Five or more years of experience managing multiple social media platforms and brands simultaneously
  • Five or more years of experience creating graphics and short videos using web ‑ based design tools such as Canva or Microsoft Clipchamp
  • Demonstrated understanding of health literacy, accessibility standards, and content approval processes
  • Experience responding to customers or patients through digital channels in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to use analytics to evaluate performance and guide ongoing improvements
  • Experience collaborating with cross ‑ functional teams and external partners
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to stay current with digital platform updates, best practices, and emerging tools
  • Demonstrated ability to model Community Health Network’s PRIIDE values
