Job Summary

Own and orchestrate the marketing workflow across content, CRM, and events to drive brand coherence and scalable pipeline.

  • Content operations and assets: standardize processes, templates, and collateral across brands.
  • CRM & automation: manage lists, forms, lead capture, scoring, and attribution reporting to enable targeted campaigns.
  • Events and campaigns: coordinate trade shows, pre/post-show campaigns, and integrated follow-ups.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Standardize and template recurring processes, materials, and communications whenever possible to improve efficiency, ensure brand consistency, and enable scalable execution.
  • Maintain brands’ websites including content updates, SEO, landing pages, forms, lead capture.
  • Run email and nurture campaigns: build, send, and report across brands.
  • Manage social media and the content calendar
  • Produce routine design and collateral including sales sheets, one-pagers, show graphics, social assets and using master templates set by the Marketing Manager.
  • Own the marketing automation / CRM marketing layer: campaign setup, lists and segmentation, forms, lead capture and scoring, and campaign attribution reporting.
  • Execute trade show logistics including booth materials, pre- and post-show campaigns, follow-up sequences.
  • Coordinate with contractors on overflow design and specialist deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications Required
  • 2+ Years of Experience Required
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
