  • Content Capture: Photo/video during classes and activities to feed social, website, and promo needs.
  • Interviews & Moments: Short natural interviews with kids and parents to highlight experiences and learning momentum.
  • Content Ideation & Delivery: Propose ideas from viral formats and organize raw footage for the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture photos and videos during classes and activities
  • Direct short, natural interviews with kids and parents
  • Capture short- and long-form clips suitable for social media and website use
  • Suggest content ideas based on current viral trends and formats
  • Organize and deliver raw content to the STEM Castle team
  • Follow all student privacy and media guidelines
  • Coordinate with instructors and staff to capture meaningful moments

Requirements

  • Experience creating photo/video content (personal, freelance, or professional)
  • Awareness of current Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends
  • Comfortable interacting with kids and parents
  • Confident communication and a friendly, professional presence
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
