Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Sr. Digital and Brand Communications Manager to support brand growth through innovative and strategic communication approaches
  • Analyze and report on digital platform performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness
  • Compile and analyze digital audience engagement data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop, write, edit, and distribute clear, compelling digital content that amplifies corporate messaging, company news, and thought leadership across multiple digital platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into engaging content tailored for diverse digital audiences.
  • Work with the Corporate Communications Team to update website, microsites, social media platforms, and other brand touchpoints to ensure content is revised frequently and consistently with the company’s business priorities
  • Work with partners and stakeholders to support and analyze SEO for website, microsites, and various communication campaigns
  • Monitor emerging digital and social media trends and provide recommendations to the Corporate Communications team.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Agriculture, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills that can work effectively both independently as well as within a team under limited supervision
  • Strong understanding of general communication principles and digital content best practices
  • Quick learner with problem solving skills and drive for continuous learning
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling digital content
  • Data-driven thinker with the ability to identify trends across a wide range of data
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to recommend communication and/or marketing tactics based on data insights
  • Familiar with social media platforms and website CMS systems such as WordPress, as well as tools including GA4, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding or willing to learn Search Engine Optimization
  • Familiar with marketing automation processes and e-mail marketing regulations
  • Experience using tools and metrics to measure digital performance, ROI, and KPIs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Occasional travel may be required for company meetings or events.
