Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for implementing, executing, and assisting with the daily operations of the ABIM email, text, and push notifications.
  • Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns using templates and HTML within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including asset coordination, testing, and scheduling
  • Transforms complex data into visually engaging, graphically rich email experiences that drive clarity, personalization, and conversion.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) across the user lifecycle, including eligibility, enrollment, reminders, retention, surveys, and transactional messaging
  • Partner with subject matter experts, writers, and designers to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing digital communications
  • Leverage audience and behavioral data to inform segmentation and deliver personalized, relevant messaging
  • Manage campaign timelines and workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests (e.g., subject lines, content, CTAs, segmentation, send times), document results, and recommend optimizations
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe trends; translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Continuously optimize email templates and user journeys based on performance data and industry best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and nurture users through the communications pipeline, ensuring clarity around key actions and requirements
