Own end-to-end paid media programs across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and emerging platforms, including onboarding, optimization, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
Monitor pacing and performance daily and catch problems early
Handle technical onboarding for new clients and artists
Keep reporting clean and current
Spot underperforming campaigns and know what to try next
Stay current on platform changes and new ad tools
Work with the creative team to turn campaign data into better-performing assets

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads is required.
3+ years running digital paid ad campaigns hands-on, not just assisting
Real, working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager
You can read a pile of data and tell someone what it means, not just what it says
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable moving fast
Agency or music industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
