Job Summary

Own the visual identity and day-to-day design/communications execution across brands, products, and partner/customer touchpoints with strong ownership of print and digital collateral, brand audits, and site updates.

  • Brand & Asset Stewardship: Design and maintain templates and brand collateral, audit Drive assets, and ensure consistent branding across print, web, and social channels.
  • Marketing Collateral Production: Lead from concept to print readiness for brochures, sell sheets, trade show assets, packaging, and conference materials.
  • Channel-ready Design Ops: Coordinate with BD and exec teams on timelines, packaging design, and outreach materials, while maintaining a living refresh on templates and site pages.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design polished marketing materials including brochures, sell sheets, trade show assets, and packaging inserts using approved platforms (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma) or comparable professional design tools.
  • Manage print production end-to-end — from initial concept and file prep to submitting press-ready files to print vendors — working from copy and direction provided by leadership
  • Ensure all deliverables are consistent with brand standards, print specifications, and timelines
  • Work with BD teams to update materials as needed
  • Design tables, conference collateral, swag, strategic partner marketing, comms and promo swag/collateral
  • Maintain conference calendar and support executive/BD team to prepare materials as needed
  • Support new packaging design, proofs and outreach/comms management alongside quality and executive team
  • Support an active rebranding initiative both internally (G Drive) and externally, on social media, in physical space, etc., while developing new products and new marketing collateral.
  • Brand development and design strategy for outreach, sales, and editorial/social channels.
  • Systematically audit and rebrand all existing documents in a Google Drive system — including templates, forms, decks, PDFs, and internal reference materials, brand guidelines — applying updated brand standards throughout.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in creative suites like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma — you should be able to open a project and work independently, with ownership over deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience designing print-ready files (understanding of bleeds, color profiles, file formats, etc.)
  • Comfort working in both Google Workspace and Microsoft
  • Experience managing business social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, engagement)
  • Familiarity with Squarespace or comparable website CMS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across formats
  • Experience working in project-based creative environments with variety of stakeholders and ability to meet deadlines
  • Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with product photography (even basic studio or tabletop setup) and post-production
  • Bringing photographs into designed assets for broader channel execution
  • Exposure to branding or rebranding projects from ideation to execution
  • Background in health, wellness, biotech, CPG, or science-adjacent industries
  • Video editing experience (Reels, TikToks, short-form)
  • Familiarity with Canva or Figma for quick-turnaround assets
  • Experience coordinating with print vendors or production houses
  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.) and interest in learning more about AEO/GEO
