  • Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture workflows in HubSpot to support demand programs.
  • Monitor performance against targets and propose optimizations to improve conversion and lead quality.

Job Description

Drive demand-generation programs and lead flow for Pathwise across multi-channel campaigns with a focus on measurable results.

  • Own multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, webinars, retargeting, and SEO to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture workflows in HubSpot to support demand programs.
  • Monitor performance against targets and propose optimizations to improve conversion and lead quality.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, assets, copy, scheduling, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Support sales alignment with proper lead routing and follow-up messaging.
  • Assist with reporting on lead volume, CPL, MQL-to-SQL, and channel performance.
  • Research new tactics, tools, and channels to improve efficiency and reach.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or related execution-focused marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation (campaign setup, workflows, emails, landing pages).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance programs and analyze results.
  • Experience executing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics; ability to pull a report, interpret results, and suggest next steps.
  • Solid written communication for email, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Self-motivated and organized; comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus).
  • Interest in learning new marketing technologies and AI-powered tools.

Preferred

  • Experience in K-12 education technology (EdTech) or public sector marketing.
  • Familiarity with ABM tactics and tools (Propensity, 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Experience with webinar platforms and event marketing workflows.
  • WordPress or basic web content management experience.
