Job Summary

Own multi-channel demand generation from audience building to measurement, translating buyer signals into scalable campaigns and materials that move hand-raisers toward senior teams.

  • Audience & Campaign Orchestration: Define ICPs, build segmented lists, map decision-makers, and drive multi-touch programs.
  • Content & Channel Execution: Create starter collateral, run HubSpot email programs, manage LinkedIn ads, and distribute thought leadership via email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Score engagement, optimize campaigns, and report what works to guide rapid decision-making.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify target accounts and ideal customer personas across media and technology; translate them into segmented audiences we can market to.
  • Build and enrich targeted prospect lists, mapping decision-makers and buying signals to power multi-touch, one-to-many campaigns.
  • Build base sales and demo collateral — starter decks tailored to common hand-raiser segments that the Research and Client Solutions team customizes for specific prospects.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize segmented email campaigns in HubSpot; A/B test subject lines and content to decide what to keep, kill, or rebuild.
  • Distribute our thought leadership — the annual benchmark, case studies, and POVs — to the right audiences through email, LinkedIn, and event channels.
  • Run paid LinkedIn campaigns and the analytics behind them, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Support our presence at industry conferences and events: pre-event audience-building, on-site lead capture, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Score inbound and outbound engagement, qualify hand-raisers on fit and intent signals, and route them to the right senior team member.
  • Run regular campaign performance reporting and share with the team what’s working and what isn’t.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in marketing operations, demand generation, campaign management, or email/lifecycle marketing — at a research firm, agency, or B2B company.
  • At least 1 year of that experience in an in-person or hybrid setting.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and list-building / data enrichment tools (Seamless, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics, with a proactive approach to interpreting campaign data and translating it into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills for campaign assets and internal reporting.
  • Comfort with metrics: conversion rates, response rates, and basic A/B reads.
  • Requires bilingual Chinese and English is not listed in source; proceeding with non-bilingual unless inferred UI constraint; no hard requirement added.

Preferred

  • Market research, media, or tech experience is a plus.
  • You’re curious about people and businesses — you want to know what makes a buyer tick.
  • You can piece together a coherent story about a target audience from public signals.
  • You can build a clean, well-formatted deck. Bad fonts, crowded slides, and rushed formatting bother you.

Benefits

  • Collaborative autonomy - we generally work in small teams, with ample space for both smart consensus and independent decision-making
  • Outcomes over output - although there’s nothing wrong with traditional productivity or time spent, we emphasize applied intelligence and innovation that lead to broader success
  • Challenge and advancement - opportunities to improve, take on new roles and even change course. We encourage and actively support everyone’s continued development
  • Learning environment - related to the point above, we encourage constant personal and professional learning and back that up with individualized education initiatives.
  • Flexible hours & locations - work where you want and tailor your time to your life. We welcome remote locations and personalized schedules.
  • Solid benefits - generous parental leave and abundant vacation time, along with top-notch health and dental insurance, 401k and more
  • People, planet, profit - we aim to create consistent, ongoing value for all our stakeholders (staff, clients, audiences, suppliers, local and global community) while steadily growing revenue and net income, near-term and long.
