Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders and contributors across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Product teams to drive campaign execution and optimization that supports pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Own end-to-end coordination and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns including email, direct mail, webinars, paid advertising, digital programs, social media, ABM, and content syndication.
  • Develop and manage program timelines and communicate regularly with stakeholders on campaign status and results. You will utilize Asana to drive programs to completion.
  • Build and launch email campaigns, landing pages, nurture programs, and webinars using HubSpot and related tools.
  • Execute multi-touch nurture and lifecycle campaigns that engage prospects throughout the buyer journey and convert leads into meetings and opportunities.
  • Work with sales and SDR teams to support inbound and outbound programs that generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with ABM manager on campaigns using tools such as Demandbase to engage target accounts and buying groups.
  • Manage digital demand generation channels including paid social, digital advertising, and retargeting programs.
  • Data management including segmentation analysis, list management, and lead lifecycle processes within Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, Outreach, and other marketing systems.
  • Manage external vendors including program planning, budgeting, deliverables, timelines, and performance management.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years experience in demand generation, marketing campaign management, or a similar B2B SaaS marketing role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong experience executing multi-channel demand generation programs including email marketing, webinars, paid media, ABM, and digital campaigns.
  • Expert experience with Asana (or equivalent project management tools) required.
  • Expert experience with HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform) required; HubSpot certification highly desired.
  • Experience working with marketing and sales technologies including CRM (Salesforce.com), ABM platforms (Demandbase), and sales engagement platforms (Outreach).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize programs using data and funnel metrics.
  • Self-starter with a passion for building scalable marketing programs and improving processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred

  • HubSpot certification highly desired
  • Ability to develop or introduce program management tools, campaign frameworks, and best practice processes is a strong plus
