Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will help execute and optimize global demand generation programs that engage our target buyers and support pipeline creation.
  • Field marketing & events - Plan and execute both large conferences and smaller bespoke events - Coordinate logistics, promotion, attendee engagement, and follow-up - Partner with sales to drive meetings and pipeline from events - Ensure strong post-event nurture and follow-up campaigns
  • Email nurture & lifecycle marketing - Build and manage email nurture programs that convert prospects into sales conversations - Create and optimize lifecycle workflows and automation - Collaborate on campaign messaging, segmentation, and targeting - Continuously test and improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Campaign execution - Support global demand generation campaigns across digital, ABX, events, and webinars - Coordinate campaign launches including landing pages, emails, and promotional assets - Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly across multiple channels
  • Content-powered demand - Work with internal contributors, freelancers, and partners to turn high-value content into campaigns - Support the distribution of content through events, email programs, and marketing campaigns - Identify opportunities to repurpose content across channels to increase reach and engagement
  • Campaign performance - Track campaign engagement and performance metrics - Help identify areas to improve conversion, engagement, and pipeline impact - Support reporting on campaign performance and outcomes
  • What success looks like in this role - Events generate strong engagement, meetings, and pipeline - Email nurture programs convert interest into sales conversations - Campaigns launch smoothly and consistently across channels - Marketing and Sales teams are aligned on event follow-up and campaign execution - Campaign performance improves through testing and iteration

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or growth marketing
  • Strong experience in planning and executing bespoke events and field marketing programs
  • Experience building and managing email nurture programs and marketing automation workflows (Pardot, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable collaborating with Sales teams and supporting pipeline-focused marketing
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity around campaign performance and improvement

Preferred

  • Experience supporting ABX or account-based marketing programs (UserGems a plus)
  • Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or external marketing partners
  • Modern content creation skills (short-form video, social content, or creative campaign storytelling)
  • Experience working in B2B services or technology organizations
