Own outbound demand generation for enterprise buyers and build a scalable content and paid media engine that feeds both cold and warm channels, while launching an enterprise social program and shaping market signals.

  • Outbound campaigns ownership with sales alignment for account-based, persona-driven messaging.
  • Paid media and content amplification to drive inbound and test channels on LinkedIn, search, and syndication.
  • Social program leadership and market feedback loop to GTM and product.

Job Description

  • Outbound campaigns: You build the air cover, the sequences, the targeting, and the content that turn our outbound motion from a cold ask into a warm follow-up. You partner with sales to make sure campaigns connect to the accounts and personas they're working.
  • Paid media that drives inbound: Paid social with LinkedIn as the centerpiece, paid search, syndication, sponsored content, review sites, and any other channel worth testing. You decide what's worth spending on, you build the creative briefs, and you prove what works.
  • Social strategy: Build a meaningful enterprise social program for HiHello. Organic presence, executive thought leadership, the rhythm and the content engine that makes it real. You will design this from the ground up.
  • Content distribution and amplification: We have a lot of content — thought leadership, case studies, video, frameworks, and more on the way. Your job is to make sure it gets seen. You distribute and amplify across every channel that earns its place.
  • Strategic partnership: You shape strategy alongside GTM leadership. You bring a real point of view on what enterprise marketers respond to, what they ignore, and where we should be spending differently.
  • Voice of the market: You bring patterns back from the channels you run to GTM, content, and product so we keep sharpening the message.
