Job Summary

Own the deal curation and publishing engine across 800+ retailers, blending fast editorial instincts with AI-powered research and performance signals to drive smarter posting decisions.

  • Own the deal coverage across both established and emerging brands to expand the content portfolio.
  • Balance reader value with business impact by watching RoAS and merchant performance to guide angles and edits.
  • Leverage AI to surface actionable insights and collaborate with Sales/Partner Development on exclusive offers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Discover, write, and publish deals across a portfolio of 800+ retailers, with speed, accuracy, and editorial voice.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) daily to research products, generate deal angles, review drafts, and surface performance insights.
  • Monitor your own RoAS, conversion trends, and merchant performance, and use that data to make smarter posting decisions every day.
  • Expand coverage beyond established, high-volume merchants by finding creative angles for new and emerging brands.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partner Development to turn exclusive offers and negotiated deals into high-performing content.
  • Uphold Brad’s Deals editorial standard: we only post what we’d recommend to friends and family.

Requirements

  • Sharp writing skills and fast editorial instincts. You can write clearly, quickly, and in a distinct voice.
  • Demonstrated strong AI fluency. You’ve actively used AI tools in your daily workflow to improve speed, quality, and outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness. You understand the difference between a great deal for readers and a great deal for the business, and you know how to find both.
  • Deep knowledge of online retail, pricing dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong skepticism for fake markdowns and inflated pricing.
  • The ability to work a nontraditional full-time schedule that includes weekend coverage and holidays, with some flexibility during the week.
