Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for marketing measurement, including establishing "North Star" metrics and frameworks that guide marketing budget allocation
- Develop and refine Media Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) systems to quantify the incremental impact of marketing efforts
- Design unified frameworks to optimize marketing strategies for both B2B (advertiser acquisition and retention) and B2C (user acquisition and engagement), identifying synergies between brand awareness and growth
- Lead the design and implementation of complex "always-on" incrementality testing and geo-holdout experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Develop methodologies to assess the long-term "halo effect" of brand marketing on organic growth and user engagement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and budget adjustments
- Mentor junior data scientists, setting high standards for code quality, statistical rigor, and analytical best practices within the team
