Job Description

Drive data governance and CRM operations for a nonprofit's engaging audience and campaigns.

  • Own the CRM (EveryAction) data, governance, and reporting to inform communications and engagement.
  • Must-have: 4+ years managing organizational data or CRM systems, ideally in nonprofits.
  • Standout: Ability to translate data insights into dashboards and leadership-ready reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain AAPD’s CRM (EveryAction) as the central source of constituent data
  • Ensure data quality, structure, and governance across systems
  • Develop and maintain data management SOPs
  • Support data migrations and system integrations (e.g., Mailchimp, Quorum, WordPress, Zapier)
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to inform communications and engagement strategies
  • Help define KPIs and reporting frameworks aligned with organizational goals
  • Translate data insights into clear reporting for staff and leadership

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing organizational data or CRM systems (preferably in nonprofits)
  • Experience with EveryAction or comparable CRM (Salesforce NPSP, Raiser’s Edge, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong data management, segmentation, and reporting skills
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
