Responsibilities

• Develop and share ideas on how to better engage members (prospective and existing) and drive digital engagement witin the scope of Cybersecurity.
• Review/Update internal and member facing marketing communications (emails, social media posts, direct mail, newsletters, blog posts, website copy, etc.)
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral with a spin on how the everyday person is affected by Cyber-Criminals and Cybersecurity
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for future support.
• Evaluate and provide feedback of Jovia’s social media presence. Review content calendars and propose ideas for social contests.
• Must be curious, willing to learn/fail fast, and love to research.
• Provide quality assurance that proposed solutions to members cybersecurity problems are addressed from an everyday person perspective.
• Digital Photo and Video Editing

Requirements

• Should be in pursuit of a B.A. or B.S. degree with an emphasis in marketing or communications. A minor in cybersecurity or computer science is a plus.
• Must be available to attend some evening events as needed.
• The following are required to perform the tasks associated with this position:
• Strong verbal presentation and writing skills
• Self-motivation with good organizational skills and exacting attention to detail
• A high degree of creativity
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Internet speed of 100 mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).
• Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work that is free of sound interruptions.
• All equipment will be provided by Jovia (Computer, Monitor, Headset)

Preferred

• Minor in cybersecurity or computer science is a plus.
