Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations through community outreach and public engagement initiatives
• Speak with members of the public and share information about charitable programs
• Help supporters enroll in ongoing donor initiatives
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during outreach activities
• Track outreach interactions using internal systems or CRM tools
• Work collaboratively with team members to support fundraising campaigns

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales, fundraising, marketing, or community outreach is an asset
