Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers during live outreach campaigns and promotional events throughout the Houston area
• Represent client campaigns professionally while supporting customer engagement and overall sales goals
• Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly and confidently during customer interactions
• Help generate sales opportunities through relationship-building and effective communication
• Support campaign growth by tracking outreach activity, customer feedback, and completed sales interactions
• Work alongside other Customer Outreach Specialist team members during community campaigns and outreach events
• Participate in ongoing Customer Outreach Specialist training focused on communication, leadership, and sales strategy
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working in fast-moving customer-focused environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers in in-person settings
• Motivated by growth opportunities and performance-based sales environments
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Organized and adaptable in fast-paced outreach environments
• Interest in customer engagement, marketing, outreach, or sales development
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or sales is helpful but not required
• Full-time availability and ability to work onsite throughout the Houston market
