Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, track, and monitor the on-time development of all marketing initiatives, manage standard marketing processes (such as new campaign / change requests, creative briefs, and asset approvals) and lead the implementation strategy calendar to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain the master initiatives log to track real-time development stages. (30%)
  • Assist in gathering insights from brand performance and existing initiatives to help report on critical base KPIs, to create business case support, and identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, or replication across other campaigns. (20%)
  • Create and present materials to support marketing initiatives across other departments, keeping cross-functional teams aligned on deliverable progress, next steps, and additional requirements. (20%)
  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, address execution issues, and proactively solve project roadblocks. (20%)
  • Assist in the conception and development of new marketing initiatives derived from data insights or in support of new Commercial and Product launches. (10%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the telecommunication Industry;
  • Preferred majors in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Project Management, Industrial Engineering or related field;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, and Communications preferred;
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data and complex business processes;
  • Must have creative, analytical, and people skills;
  • Must have organization and planning skills;
  • Must have communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Spanish preferably;
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret market research studies and data;
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents;
