Lead evaluation and improvement of educational content for kids, with emphasis on curriculum design, feedback, and content strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing Kelly Tutors classes and educational content with a critical, curious eye
  • Writing structured feedback reports on individual classes
  • Building a prioritized list of improvement ideas and innovations
  • Identifying gaps, opportunities, and ways to make content hit harder for kids ages 5–14
  • Sharing fresh perspectives a founder inside the work might miss
  • refining educational curriculums, conducting research, and contributing to strategic marketing efforts
  • collaborating to develop engaging and impactful instructional materials
  • may assist in creating innovative content for classes and other edutainment initiatives

Requirements

  • Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills to create, update, and innovate educational content
  • A background or experience in Education to design age-appropriate and engaging learning materials
  • Strong Writing and content creation skills for clear and compelling communication
  • Proficiency in Research methods to gather data and inform educational and marketing strategies
  • Interest or experience in marketing strategy and innovative education approaches
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Passion for children’s education and empowering future generations to think critically and creatively
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Genuine curiosity about education, kids, and how people learn
  • Ability to give honest, constructive feedback (this is the whole job)
  • Comfortable working independently and delivering real insights — not just general observations
  • Background or interest in education, curriculum, child development, instructional design, edtech, or content strategy is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred

  • Interest or experience in marketing strategy and innovative education approaches
  • Remote work experience
