Responsibilities

• RegA $75 million crowdfunding campaign
• Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies for crowdfunding initiatives, including pre-launch, launch, and post-campaign phases
• Provide strategic leadership for website development, optimization, and performance, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives
• Direct multi-channel digital marketing efforts, including paid media, email marketing, content strategy, SEO, and social media
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, designers, and development teams
• Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and deliver executive-level reporting
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles for crowdfunding capital raise campaigns
• Demonstrated success managing crowdfunding or capital-raising marketing campaigns
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, website strategy, and conversion optimization for equity crowdfunding
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred

• Experience working with startups, high-growth organizations, or innovative product launches
• Familiarity with platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, or equivalent CMS tools
• Experience managing six-figure digital advertising budgets
