Job Description

Responsibilities

  • CRM Management & Reporting : Act as Matrix CRM “super user” ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining up-to-date prospect and sales information, and generating monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports (including actual vs. budgeted outcomes, conversion rates, and sales variances) to support the VP and team decision-making.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Lead Management : Utilize CRM and marketing data to identify target leads for reactivation, nurture existing leads, develop contact lists for outreach, and support marketing counselor appointments and promotional mailings to achieve occupancy and census goals.
  • Event Planning & Execution : Plan, organize, and manage monthly marketing events (onsite and offsite) with a 6-month rolling plan, including coordinating logistics, invitations, venues, catering, and on-site support; ensure event promotion and follow-up through CRM, website, and social media.
  • Sales & Marketing Support : Serve as back-up to the sales and marketing team by engaging in direct and indirect sales activities, setting appointments, updating CRM records, participating in sales appointments, and ensuring alignment with budgeted goals and marketing strategies.
  • Public Relations & Community Outreach : Support the VP in public relations efforts by identifying and nurturing key community contacts, coordinating outreach opportunities, and representing the organization at special events to enhance visibility and strengthen referral relationships.
  • Goal & Budget Support : Assist the VP in setting and monitoring sales and marketing goals by providing accurate reports, insights, and recommendations; contribute to strategic planning and product development through analysis of CRM and marketing trends.
  • Team Leadership & Oversight : Directly supervise the Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance, support, and oversight of daily responsibilities to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives, departmental procedures, and overall team goals.
