Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
  • Manage campaign execution, including briefs, deliverables, approvals, posting schedules, and maintenance of creator content calendar
  • Ensure brand alignment and compliance by reviewing creator content and providing clear, constructive feedback
  • Support partnership operations by collecting required documentation (W-9s, contracts, vendor forms), processing invoices, and tracking budget vs. actual spend
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI), delivering post-campaign insights and optimization recommendations
  • Assist in planning and hosting influencer events, brand activations, and creator experiences, including coordination and follow-up
  • Stay current on platform trends and bring forward new creator opportunities and content formats
  • Conduct behavior in compliance with Lifeway Employee Policy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
