Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and vet potential creators across TikTok and Instagram who align with client brand goals and creative briefs.
  • Conduct outreach, manage communications, and maintain creator pipelines.
  • Use tools like IMAI, Trend, or internal databases to find and organize creators.
  • Track creator availability, rates, and performance history.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and assets for multiple creator projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure creators receive clear briefs, guidelines, and reference examples.
  • Track progress from outreach → brief → submission → review → payment.
  • Coordinate reshoots or revisions when needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in ClickUp and our Creator Roster.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for creators throughout production.
  • Relay creative feedback from Fat Earth’s strategists and clients.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with creators for ongoing collaborations.
  • Ensure creators are properly contracted and compliant with Fat Earth policies.
  • Track invoices, payment schedules, and budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal finance or operations teams to process payments efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing coordination, project management, or similar digital role.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume outreach and tracking many moving parts.
  • Proficient with workflow tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with UGC and social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, Instagram).
  • A proactive problem solver who can work independently in a remote environment.
